TS19: lens vesicle Present Punctate 2a , 2c At E11.5, immunoreactivity was found throughout the lens vesicle as fine granular punctate staining, often in association with Dcp2. Larger cytoplasmic complexes of Tob1 and Dcp2 were observed in posterior vesicle cells.

TS24: lens germinative zone Present Regionally restricted 2j , 2g At E16.5 distinct granular cytoplasmic staining was detected in the germinative zone cells.
TS24: lens transition zone lens fiber cell Present Regionally restricted 2g , 2j In transitional zone fiber cells, co-localization with DCP2 was found in large cytoplasmic complexes. Expression was also adjacent to DCP2 in large cytoplasmic complexes in fiber cells of the transitional zone.
TS24: lens fiber lens fiber cell Present Punctate 2g , 2j In more differentiated fiber cells of the lens cortex, co-localization was associated with nuclei.
