(b) The amount of transcript varied over developmental time. There was also a change in relative proportion of the 3 transcripts over time. The pattern changed from early stages towards the adult pattern progressively throughout development. The highest accumulation corresponded to the 3.2kb transcript. The inflexion point in the pattern occurs after postnatal day 22.
