Results
Specimen 9G: embryonic day 10.5 (more )
Structure Level Pattern Image Note
TS17: inner ear epithelium Present Regionally restricted 9G

Specimen 9H: embryonic day 10.5; Zic2Ku/Zic2+ (more )
Structure Level Pattern Image Note
TS17: inner ear epithelium Present Regionally restricted 9H

Specimen 9I: embryonic day 10.5; Zic2Ku/Zic2Ku (more )
Structure Level Pattern Image Note
TS17: inner ear epithelium Present Regionally restricted 9I The region of expression in the otic epithelium of the mutant embryos appeared to have shifted laterally. However, authors indicate that taking the tilt of the otocyst in the mutant into consideration, the expression domain is indistinguishable from wild type. The expression also appears to be more extensive. Again authors suggest this may be due to phenotypic alterations of endolymphatic duct and sac development.
