TS20: somite Present Regionally restricted 7C Expression was confined to the caudal margin of the recently formed somites as well as the epithelialising somite. Expression was down-regulated in the prospective rostral half.
TS20: tail unsegmented mesenchyme Present Uniform 7C Expression was detected throughout the unsegmented paraxial mesoderm.
