TS19: forelimb bud Strong Regionally restricted 1B FL Expression was detected in the anterior and distal regions. Posterior staining did not completely extend back towards the body wall.

TS17: forelimb bud Present Regionally restricted 3A Expression was strongest in the anterior region of the limb bud and expanding distally and down the posterior regions. Expression did not completely reach the posterior limb boundary. There was no staining in the zone of polarizing activity (ZPA) compared with Shh staining. There was staining in the progress zone by comparison to Fgf10 staining.
