Assay notes: Induction was achieved by tamoxifen (Sigma-Aldrich; 20 mg/ml diluted in corn oil) treatment of pregnant dams by oral gavage with either 3 mg at E8.25 or 4 mg at E9.5. Increasing tamoxifen dose or injecting at earlier (E6.5-E7.5) and later stages (E10.5) does not change observations.
