Assay notes: After staining the embryo was dissected into separate regions. The posterior region contained the allantois, intraembryonic primitive streak, and overlying hindgut. The anterior embryo contained the heart tube and foregut. Lateral contained the lateral plate mesoderm posterior to the last somite. Green - Ifitm3; red - Calr/Golga1/Lamp1; blue - DAPI.
