Note: This specimen was generated and annotated by the lab of Melissa H. Little, Murdoch Children's Research Institute. Labeling was visualized using BM purple. The low level expression control (Shh) was not detected and only strong levels of the strong expression control (Wnt4) were detected. Thus, low levels of expression will not be detected for this experiment.
