(a) Expression levels were higher in extrembryonic tissues than in embryos (10-47-fold on E7.5-13.5, and then 2-5-fold until E18.5). Extraembryonic tissues expressed at a high level until E12.5 and then decreased. Embryo expression levels increased gradually.
