(a) This band represents the GHBP isoform. Expression level started to decrease on E8.5 and by E16.5 was 4-fold lower than in the non-pregnant sample. The lactating sample was 7-fold lower than the non-pregnant sample.
(b) This band (doublet) represents the GHR isoform. Expression level started to decrease on E8.5 and by E16.5 was 4-fold lower than in the non-pregnant sample. The lactating sample was 7-fold lower than the non-pregnant sample.
