• reduced efficiency of apoptotic cells engulfment
• mice exhibit a tendency of Th2 cell differentiation
• spontaneous germinal centers formation in 5 of 10 mice
• in 7 of 26 mice, with highest levels in female mice
• in 10 of 26 mice, with highest levels in female mice

• in 2 of 4 mice at 13 to 15 months with expansion of matrix between the glomerular basement membrane and capillary endothelium and deposition of immunoglobins
