• despite the very specific expression of Styk1 in wild-type NK cells, gamma-delta NKT cells and thymic alpha-beta iNKT cells, no phenotypic, homeostatic or functional differences are observed in these innate lymphocyte cell types in mutant mice relative to wild-type controls
