• however, no abnormality in tail bleeding time or platelet life span are detected
• decreased activation when stimulated with THB or ADP
• increased adhesion, aggregation and clot retraction
• at 28 days after punching holes in the ears the holes are still apparent unlike in wild-type mice
• at 7 and 28 days after injury regenerated tissues are shorter with fewer newly formed vessels and fewer infiltrated inflammatory cells
• at 19 days after injury collagen deposition is decreased
