impaired behavioral response to xenobiotic ( J:151612 )
• time to loss of righting reflex following treatment with volatile isoflurane, halothane, or sevofluane is lengthened compared to in similarly treated wild-type mice
• however, mice exhibit normal time to loss of withdrawal reflex, duration of loss of righting reflex, and recovery time following anesthetic treatment
• time to loss of righting reflex following intraveanous treatment with pentobarbital is lengthened compared to in similarly treated wild-type mice
• however, response to intravenous ketamine treatment is normal
