• the number of B cells is reduced in the blood (95%), spleen (82%), and peritoneum (70%) compared to in wild-type mice
• the frequency of IgM+ B220lo immature B cells in the blood is decreased 55% compared to in wild-type mice
• levels in unimmunized mice are 39% lower than in wild-type mice
• levels in unimmunized mice are 84% higher than in wild-type mice
• levels in unimmunized mice are 168% higher than in wild-type mice
