• within 7 months mice develop one or more tumors
• tumors are often composed of different cell types and frequently show biphasic morphology
• a few mice develop adenocarcinoma of the intestinal tract
• within 7 months mice develop one or more tumor that are predominantly skin tumor such as squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma and tricho-epithelioma/hair-germ-cell tumors
• several mice develop lymphoma and leukemia
• several mice develop lymphoma and leukemia
• one mouse develops spontaneous melanoma at 3 weeks of age
• within 7 months mice develop one or more tumor including various soft tissue sarcomas

integument
• within 7 months mice develop one or more tumor that are predominantly skin tumor such as squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma and tricho-epithelioma/hair-germ-cell tumors

digestive/alimentary system
• a few mice develop adenocarcinoma of the intestinal tract
