hematopoietic system
• increase in the percentage of lambda expressing B cells in spleen and bone marrow
• the ratio of newly generated to precursor B cells s significantly decreased
• total number of splenic B cells was reduced by 2-fold in spleen
• this reduction resulted from a 3-fold decrease in the number of kappa producing B cells; however the number of lambda producing B cells was increased by about 3-fold

immune system
