• loss of motor coordination at 24 weeks of age in a rotarod test

nervous system
thin cerebellar molecular layer ( J:112937 )
• layer normal at 6 weeks but definitely thinner at 24 weeks of age
• dendritic atrophy of Purkinje cells seen but Purkinje cells themselves display an overall normal morphology
