• when injected into homozygotes, fluorescently labeled B cells display reduced migration into the mesenteric lymph nodes (LNs) but normal migration into the spleen
• in contrast, coinjected T cells show normal migration into both mesenteric LNs and spleen
• when injected into homozygotes, fluorescently labeled B cells display normal rolling but fail to adhere to the luminal surface of HEVs in PPs; in contrast, T cells roll and arrest as efficiently as in wild-type controls
• reconstitution of luminal CXCL13 presentation in PP HEVs restores B cell sticking although to a lesser extent than observed in wild-type controls
• homozygotes display impaired B cell trafficking across high endothelial venules (HEVs) in Peyer's patches (PPs)
