neoplasm
• 50% and 100% of mice develop squamous cell carcinomas at weeks 11 and 15, respectively, whereas wild-type mice develop similar percentages at weeks 16 and 20, respectively, following a daily dose of 250 J/m2
• yields of squamous cell carcinomas larger than 1mm and 2mm are increased following a daily dose of 250 J/m2

Tumorigenesis analysis and Hisptopathological images

neoplasm
• mutants treated with UV light develop skin tumors at a similar time as wild-type, however once tumors form, tumor development proceeds at a greater rate and mice develop more tumors than controls

integument
• increased incidence of skin tumors after UV-irradiation
