reproductive system
• beginning at 3 months of age and readily identifiable by 8 months of age, the number of corpus luteums is increased relative to Inhbatm1Zuk/Inhbatm3Zuk mice
• the expression of a marker (Lhcgr) for healthy corpus luteums is increased relative to Inhbatm1Zuk/Inhbatm3Zuk mice
• 3 of 11 females are infertile
• the number of litters produced by females is reduced 43% (0.08+/-0.08 litters per month compared 0.89+/-0.04 litters per month in Inhbatm1Zuk/Inhbatm3Zuk mice)
• however, there is no difference in the number of oocytes produced upon superovulation compared to Inhbatm1Zuk/Inhbatm3Zuk females
• the number of pups per litter is decreased 33% relative (.80+/-0.49 pups per litter compared to 7.78+/-0.48 pups per litter in Inhbatm1Zuk/Inhbatm3Zuk mice)

endocrine/exocrine glands
• beginning at 3 months of age and readily identifiable by 8 months of age, the number of corpus luteums is increased relative to Inhbatm1Zuk/Inhbatm3Zuk mice
