neoplasm
• stomach shows nodularity externally and polypoid, firm lesions intramucosally in a circumferential manner in the distal stomach
• mutants develop gastric tumors

digestive/alimentary system
• mutants exhibit dysplastic lesions in the antral mucosa; dysplastic glands are lined by epithelial cells that, in contrast to controls, are crowded and overlapping, and whose nuclei show hyperchromasia, irregular nuclear contours, and pleomorphism
• antral mucosa is thickened, with disorganized, complex architecture
• stomach shows nodularity externally and polypoid, firm lesions intramucosally in a circumferential manner in the distal stomach
• mutants develop gastric tumors
