Mutation
origin
Strain of Origin:  (C57BL/6J x DBA/2J)F1/J
Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Endonuclease-mediated (Not Applicable)
Mutation:    Nucleotide substitutions

Mutation details:

The allele was generated using CRISPR/Cpf1(Cas12a) endonuclease-mediated genome editing. A single guide RNA (5'-TGTTCAACTTGAACAATGGTATGT-3') was used to insert point mutations resulting in a phenylalanine to isoleucine amino acid replacement (F667I) in the SET domain of the Ezh2 gene. (J:101977)
