Flp-mediated recombination removed the selection cassette. Cre-mediated recombination removed exon 3 to generate a null allele based on transcript Dok6-001 (protein ID: ENSMUSP00000095103). Western blot analysis confirmed the absence of protein expression in the brains of homozygous mutant mice. (J:345844)
