• Mutation details: The human IGH mu constant sequence (with complete C1, -2, -3, -4, M1 and M2 exons and intervening introns) and a loxP site flanked neomycin resistance gene cassette were inserted into the Igh locus between the LS11 switch repeats downstream of enhancer hs4 (Rr91).
