Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Conditional ready, No functional change)
Mutation:    Insertion

Mutation detailsThis insert encodes a CAG promoter proceeded by a floxed stop cassette driving expression of a transgenic form of the F2r (PAR-1) receptor that is phospho-null at the C-terminus. As such the normal signaling that leads to the activated form of the receptor being degraded can not function. Once activated the mutant form of the receptor remains at the membrane and continues to signal. (J:349842)
