Mutation details: CRISPR-targeting introduced the mouse gene and reporter gene. A CAG-LSL-Gpld1-IRES-tdTomato-Wpre-pA expression cassette was inserted into the Rosa26 locus via homologous recombination. The construct contained the full-length mouse Gpld1 cDNA under the control of a CAG promoter, followed by a loxP-stop-loxP sequence, IRES-tdTomato reporter, and WPRE-pA terminator.
