Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Conditional ready)
Mutation:    Insertion

Mutation detailsThe targeting vector was designed to insert two loxP sites flanking the microRNA-204 (Mir204) sequence within the intron of the transient receptor potential cation channel, subfamily M, member 3 (Trpm3) gene. The targeting construct also included an FRT-flanked neomycin cassette. Transient transfection with Flp recombinase excised the neomycin resistance cassette. (J:101977, J:353034)
