• Mutation details: A 5kb Myh6 promoter drives expression of a human ANKRD1-FLAG tagged cDNA. Western blot and immunofluorescence analysis detected modest levels of expression in E10.5 and E14.5 hearts but higher levels of expression in neonatal and 10 month old hearts.
