Mutation details: The transgene consisting of the cDNA encoding Neh2 domain of the mouse Nrf2 gene (NRF2) fused to a Cre coding sequence followed by a CL1-PEST degradation signal was linked to the IRES-EGFP fragment and inserted downstream of the Mafg-regulatory domain (MGRD). Four founder progenies were obtained, and one of the transgenic mouse lines (line# 737) was selected and used for the studies.
