Mutation details: The Cre/ERT2 cDNA sequence was targeted into the 2nd exon and 4th intron of the mouse Epo gene in the BAC clone RP24-338L14. Eight independent founder lines were generated and two of them (lines #1 and #241) were further analyzed by whole genome sequencing. Line #1 is inserted into the chr14.
