description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Reporter)
Mutation:    Insertion

Mutation detailsA targeting vector containing a loxP-flanked PGK-NEO cassette and a triplicate SV40 polyA sequence, followed by an EGFP-Centrin 1 fusion cassette (cDNA of the human centrin 1 gene, CETN1, fused in frame, with EGFP at the N-terminus) with Bovine Growth Hormone polyA sequence, was inserted into the Gt(ROSA)26Sor locus. Cre-mediated recombination removed the stop cassette allowing for ubiquitous expression. (J:326689)
