Mutation details: Re-mobilization of the transposon from Tn(sb-SBlac)15.179039Fsp transgenic mice with Sleeping Beauty transposase from an unidentified line of TgTn(sb-SBlac)15Fsp transgenic mice results in the integration of the transposon into chromosome 15 between Myc and Gsdmc at chr15:63332129-63332130 (GRCm39) in forward orientation. The transposon consists of a Sleeping Beauty transposon inverted repeat, loxP site, human beta-globin HBB minimal promoter, the lacZ beta-galactosidase reporter gene, SV40 poly(A) signal sequence, and a Sleeping Beauty transposon direct repeat.
