Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Endonuclease-mediated (Null/knockout)
Mutation:    Intragenic deletion

Mutation detailsThis allele was generated at The Jackson Laboratory by electroporating Cas9 protein and 2 guide sequences CACGATCACAGGTCACCAGA and GTAAGACTGACAGGGAAAGG, which resulted in a 602 bp deletion beginning at Chromosome 7 position 6,389,393 bp and ending after 6,389,994 bp (GRCm38/mm10). This mutation deletes ENSMUSE00000992229 and ENSMUSE00000464573 (exons 3 and 4) and 379 bp of flanking intronic sequence including the splice acceptor and donor and is predicted to cause a change of amino acid sequence after residue 100 and early truncation 1 amino acid later.
