Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Endonuclease-mediated (Null/knockout)
Mutation:    Intragenic deletion

Mutation detailsThis allele was generated at The Jackson Laboratory by electroporating Cas9 protein and 2 guide sequences AAACCCCAAAGAAAGGTTAG and CATGTCCGAGGTCTGCTTCA, which resulted in a 409 bp deletion beginning at Chromosome 11 position 114,690,214 bp and ending after 114,690,622 bp (GRCm38/mm10). This mutation deletes ENSMUSE00001206345 (exon 2) and 236 bp of flanking intronic sequence including the splice acceptor and donor and is predicted to cause a change of amino acid sequence after residue 43 and early truncation 35 amino acids later.
