description
Allele Type:    Endonuclease-mediated (Reporter)
Mutation:    Insertion

Mutation detailsThe targeting vector is designed to insert the ABE (Adenine Base Editor) reporter construct into the Gt(ROSA)26Sor locus containing a CAG promoter, mutated Venus*, bovine hGH, and polyA sequence. Venus* is a non-functional reporter that has codon 81 mutated into a stop codon. When an ABE together with a guide RNA that binds at the mutant site is introduced into cells, the stop is converted into a glutamine codon and the reporter will express GFP. (J:94077)
