• Mutation details: The targeting cassette contains a loxP site, followed by an FRT-flanked neomycin selection cassette, the human ITGB2 isoform 1 cDNA, polyA sequence and a second loxP site inserted into exon 2 of the gene. The insertion of this cassette results in disruption of the endogenous gene and no mouse Itgb2 is expressed. Flp-mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. (J:325332)
