Mutation details: The IL-15Tg transgenic construct contains from 5' to 3'; a human EEF1A1 (eukaryotic translation elongation factor 1 alpha 1) promoter, a bovine preprolactin signal peptide, the human IL15 (interleukin 15) mature coding sequence followed by an SV40 polyA signal. . Founder line K2 expressed the highest amount of IL15 (650-800 pg/ml, 40-65 pM).
