• Mutation details: The targeted construct inserted an FRT site, 2 STOP sites, FRT site, 5'PLAP, loxP site, 3'PLAP, loxP site, attB site, neomycin resistance cassette, and attP site. The ALPP (PLAP) coding sequence encodes human placental alkaline phosphatase and its 30 half is inverted and flanked by head-to-head loxP sites, preventing expression in the absence of Cre recombination.
