Mutation details: Plasmids encoding a guide RNA (GGAGTTGCAGATCACGA) are designed to insert an FRT site, a neo cassette, and a CMV-IE enhancer/chicken beta-actin/rabbit beta-globin hybrid promoter (CAG), followed by a second FRT site, into intron 1 of the Gt(ROSA)26Sor locus. A floxed STOP cassette followed by a mouse CD63 antigen (Cd63) sequence fused to an emerald green fluorescent protein (emGFP) was inserted downstream of the FRT flanked CAG.
