Mutation detailsThe transgenic construct contains mouse Runx1 enhancer element sequence (eR1) also called Runx1 +24 mouse conserved noncoding element (mCNE) and the mouse Hspa1a (heat-shock protein 68) basal promoter sequence driving the expression of EGFP. Three distinct founder lines numbered 523, 540, and 542 were established. Although variation in the intensity of GFP fluorescence was observed, all three lines showed similar reporter gene expression patterns at sites of hematopoietic stem cell emergence in embryos. The pound symbol (#) is used when no line is specified and/or lines are pooled. (J:307859)
