• Mutation details: A loxP site and an frt-flanked neomycin selection cassette was inserted 403 bp upstream of exon 3, and a single loxP site was inserted downstream of exon 3. The neomycin selection cassette was removed via FLP-mediated recombination and exon 3 was removed via Cre-mediated recombination in the germline. Western blot analysis confirmed the complete loss of protein expression in all tested tissues. (J:302510)
