• Mutation details: The transgene consists of a 15 kb rat cDNA with mutations in sequencing encoding amino acids 119-123 (FPWMK/AAGGQ) that contains the 1 kb coding region, 6.5 kb of 5' flanking sequence, a 4 kb intron, and 3 kb of 3' flanking sequence. This mutation generates a PBX interaction defective protein. Two lines were generated, however the pound symbol (#) is used when line is not specified and/or lines are pooled. (J:67209)
