• Mutation details: This BAC transgene encodes amino acids 1208 of African green monkey DTR (GenBank M93012) followed by a 12 residue linker (GSGGSGGSGGTG), a 19 residue aphthovirus 2A cleavage site (APVKQTLNFDLLKLAGDVESNPGP) and enhanced cyan fluorescent protein (amino acids 2239) (DTRCFP) under control of the mouse CCR2 promoter.
