Mutation details: The mouse promoter drives neuronal expression of a fusion gene expressing the EYFP yellow fluorescent protein fused to the N-terminus of difopein (a dimeric-Ywhaq-inhibitor). Two transgene expressing lines with slightly different expression patterns, 132 and 142, were chosen for further study.
