This creates a conditional-ready allele that will only be expressed after cre-mediated deletion of the STOP cassette. Expression of flagellin activates endogenous NAIP/NLLRC4 inflammasome while the ovalbumin permits the tracking of the adaptive immune response. (J:260047)
