• Mutation details: The coding region of Tacr1 in exon2 was replaced by a cre/ERT2 cassette and a loxP-flanked neo selection cassette by homologous recombination in ES cells. Correctly targeted ES cell clones were injected into C57BL/6 blastocysts. The neo-cassette was deleted by Cre-mediated excision. (J:237538)
