MGI ID: MGI:5882421
Synonyms: HDAC9TG
Transgene: Tg(EmuSR-HDAC9)1468Kpet  Location: unknown
Alliance: Tg(EmuSR-HDAC9)1468Kpet page
Strain of Origin:  (C57BL/6 x CBA)F1
Transgene Type:    Transgenic (Humanized sequence, Inserted expressed sequence)
Mutation:    Insertion
Tg(EmuSR-HDAC9)1468Kpet expresses 1 gene
Mutation detailsA FLAG-epitope-tagged full-length human HDAC9 cDNA is under the control of the immunoglobulin heavy chain (IgH) enhancer (Emu) and the SRalpha potent promoter. Three lines (1468, 1469, and 1839) were generated. Line 1468 was entered as a representative line as this line has the highest lymphoma prevalence. The transgene is expressed in the bone marrow and spleen but not in the liver. (J:237420)
