  In one of the lines, the insertion site contains a transgenic array of 13 expression cassettes, arranged in a head-to-tail tandem orientation. The insertion site is located in the bidirectional promoter of the Myh6 gene and the gene for the regulatory noncoding RNA Mhrt.
