This resulted in a 32 bp deletion from Chr1:56969761 to 56969792 (GRCm38) in ENSMUSE00000475062. This mutation is predicted to cause a frameshift with amino acid changes after residue 12 and early truncation 48 amino acids later (p.D12Rfs*50). (GRCm38). (J:165963)
